We’re looking for a Marketing Business Partner who wants to be at the heart of the action - partnering with our area teams, national sector leads and sales teams to turn marketing into real, measurable growth. This is a role where you’ll see the direct results of your work, from generating employer demand to building lasting partnerships and increasing apprentice starts.

You’ll bring national campaigns to life at a local level, shaping activity that genuinely connects with employers. Collaborating with Area Managers and National Sector Leads, you’ll plan targeted campaigns, tailor messaging to local markets and ensure everything lands in a way that’s both on-brand and commercially effective.

Acting as a trusted marketing partner across all regions, you’ll support planning, offer practical insight and help teams turn opportunities into results. Whether it’s promoting programmes, supporting events or developing compelling employer and learner stories, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our presence in the market.

You’ll also use data and insight to track performance, refine activity and drive continuous improvement - ensuring everything we do supports engagement, pipeline growth and meaningful outcomes.

If you enjoy building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to step into a role where you can genuinely influence growth, this is a unique opportunity to make your mark.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Marketing Team, you’ll:

  • Plan and deliver targeted campaigns that drive employer engagement, lead generation and apprentice recruitment
  • Translate national campaigns into impactful local activity aligned to regional priorities
  • Partner with Area Managers, Business Development and Client Success teams to support growth and pipeline development
  • Tailor messaging and materials to local markets while maintaining brand consistency
  • Promote programmes, partnerships and events through multi-channel marketing
  • Act as the key marketing contact for regional teams, providing practical advice to improve conversion and impact
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance, using insight to improve Return on Investment

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial focus:

  • Proven experience delivering campaigns that generate leads and support business growth
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, operations and marketing
  • The ability to turn strategy into impactful, locally relevant marketing activity
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to bring new ideas forward
  • Experience creating engaging campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences
  • Commercial awareness, with a focus on measurable outcomes such as engagement, leads and conversions
  • Confidence using data and systems (e.g. CRM platforms like HubSpot) to track and optimise performance
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to support and guide non-marketing colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills, with experience managing multiple campaigns and working with internal teams and external partners

Perks & Benefits

We offer a competitive starting salary from £40,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a strong focus on work life balance.

As an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ training provider, we prioritise the growth and wellbeing of our employees. You’ll have access to qualifications and professional development to help you become the best Talent Acquisition Specialist possible. Our benefits include:

  • Quarterly tax free bonuses when company targets are met.
  • 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with an extra day off for your birthday.
  • A holiday buy and sell scheme for up to five additional days.
  • Mileage reimbursement and travel expenses covered.
  • A healthcare cash plan, dental plan, employee assistance programmes, and 24/7 GP access.
  • Access to courses and personalised development plans to continue advancing your career.
